Solution:   

Account is locked if there are more than three failed attempts.

Query:

Does a locked account automatically unlock?

Solution: 

Yes, the locked account unlocks automatically after 15 minutes.

Query:

Can a user do a forgotten password to unlock/reset?

Solution: 

Yes. Click the Forgot Password hyperlink, and follow the instructions received in the email. 


Query: 

Can a Tenant Super Admin unlock the account or only a Provider Admin can unlock?

Solution: 

Tenant Super Admin can reset the password and unlock the account.
