Advantech FWA-3260 reporting constant alarms "Either PSU2 cable is unplugged or PSU2 is unplugged", even when PSU is plugged and supply is good.

Issue here may be related to BMC firmware and recommendation from Advantech is to upgrade it to 1. Firmware Patch and Upgrade steps are attached.
