Issue Summary

After installing recent Windows updates KB5065789 or KB5066835, some customers may experience connectivity issues with the Versa SASE Client.
When attempting to connect to the SASE gateway, the following error may appear:

Unable to communicate with Versa Service. Please retry again.”

This issue occurs because these Windows updates affect Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), which the Versa SASE Client relies on to send messages.

Affected Versions

  • Operating System: Windows 11 with updates KB5065789 or KB5066835

  • Versa SASE Client: All versions running on the above operating system

Install update KB2267602 to fix the problem introduced by KB5065789 and KB5066835.
